We operate a simple booking system for all courses. A place can be reserved by phoine or email, and confimed by payment of the course price. Payment can be made by on-line or Bank transfer direct into our account, either in Pounds or in Euros.

If the course is more than 4 weeks ahead, we ask for a non-refundable booking deposit of 20%, followed by payment of the balance not less than 14 days before the start of the course.

For 1 and 2-day courses, such as the regular HF Refresher and Fuel Tank Safety courses in Bristol, we are happy to accept cash on arrival.We do not cancel courses lightly, and then only in the event of instructor incapacity or becuase the booked number of attendees is too small for a viable course, from bth the financial pint of view and the practical point of view; a 7 week course with 2 students would not be an enjoyable process.

If you have made any payments in respect of a course that is cancelled by us for any reason whatsoever, we will refund 100% of the payments received, within 24 hours of the time that the cancellation is announced. Moreover, any who has made a firm booking on a course that is cancelled will receive a discount of not less than 10% on a subsequent course.
