We operate a simple booking system for all courses. A place can be reserved by phoine or email, and confimed by payment of the course price. Payment can be made by on-line or Bank transfer direct into our account, either in Pounds or in Euros.

If the course is more than 4 weeks ahead, we ask for a non-refundable booking deposit of 20%, followed by payment of the balance not less than 14 days before the start of the course.

For 1 and 2-day courses, such as the regular HF Refresher and Fuel Tank Safety courses in Bristol, we are happy to accept cash on arrival. These courses take place regardless of numbers; any cancellation would have be due to some other overwhelming reason. Not one of these short courses in Bristol was cancelled in 2008, alkthough a few were run for only 1, 2 or 3 people!

We do not cancel long courses lightly, and then only because the booked number of students is too small for a viable course, from both the financial and practical points of view, or due to another rare but overwhelming reason.

If you have made any payments in respect of a course that is cancelled by us for any reason whatsoever, we will refund 100% of the payments received, within 24 hours of the time that the cancellation is announced. Moreover, any who has made a firm booking on a course that is cancelled will receive a discount of not less than 10% on a subsequent course. We will also assist with finding places on alternative courses, if we possibly can.
