Staffsecure Ltd
Staffsecure Ltd has been providing Maintenance Human Factors courses since 2005, together with other courses focussed on Maintenance Error Management, MEDA investigations and interviewing skills, and Management Skills especially at Middle Manager, Supervisor and Team Leader level, in a EASA Part 145 MRO environment. All this work has been transferred to BTTL.
Much of Staffsecure Ltd's focus has been on supplying the training that contractors need to ensure that thay can always find work at top rates. Not only to supply it; to supply it in a way and at a cost that suits the way that contractors work.
Staffsecure Ltd has also provided HF, MEMS, MEDA and Supervisory training to smaller Part 145-approved MROs, tailored to the specific needs of the client. This has appealed to small workshops and component repair organisations, for whom a generic "One Size Fits All" approach is a waste of time and money.
Bostonair Ltd
Bostonair Ltd is a highly successful aviation recruitment organisation, supplying licensed and non-licensed maintenance staff to Maintenance Organisations throughout Europe, who are normally working under EASA Part 145 approval.
Bostonair Ltd specialises in recruiting and supplying temporary workers - contractors - to these organisations. The need for top-class training for contractors has become increasingly evident, so that clients can be confiednt that not only do they hold the right qualifications, but that they has been obtained at the highest available standards.
Course Delivery
BTTL combines arranging courses in partnership with specialist training companies with delivery of courses by its own instructor team in its own facilities. This approach ensures that all the training it provides is the best available.
